Relax in the Dordogne.

This elegantly converted barn; containing many of its original features, stands in a garden of a little under an acre of land and includes off road parking.

La Ganetie is a tiny Rural hamlet standing on a rocky knoll jutting out from the plains around the River Dronne. It is well wooded and secluded with views in three directions. There are many signposted walks around by the river and through the forests. The roads are quiet and perfect for a cycling exploration of the historic Market towns and Romanesque architecture of the area.

St. Aulaye is about 2Km away. It is within easy walking or cycling distance of the beaches and cafes beside the River Dronne and an excellent base from which to explore the culinary and historical excellence of the Dordogne.

For Artists, this area presents many opportunities for working directly from the landscape. The Barn has ample room, both inside and outside to work in excellent conditions.

Relax and play in the spacious private garden. Enjoy the shade of the oak trees or bask in the sun.
